JAKARTA - Demokrat Party politician, Benny K Harman, quipped President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) regarding the implementation of the emergency PPKM which will be in effect on Java-Bali island from July 3-20. Benny was worried that with restrictions here and there, the people would be even more miserable.

"Dear President Jokowi, if people are told to stay at home for 20 days, they are prohibited from opening stalls, the market is closed, who will feed them?", Benny tweeted via his Twitter account, @BennyHarmanID quoted on Wednesday, July 7.

Benny then asked whether the state had prepared necessities to meet the needs of the community during the 20 days of implementing the Emergency Restrictions on Community Activities (PPKM).

"Has the state prepared necessities for the people? I'm afraid that the father of the state has failed to protect its people. #Liberte!", Benny said.

Until this news was revealed, Benny's tweet had received the attention of 1,729 netizens who liked it and 518 Retweets. Netizens also gave various responses to the tweet of this member of Commission III of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia.
