Come Sign Up! Kemenkumham Opens CPNS Admissions For Formation Of 4,558 People, Here's The Flow

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) officially announced the opening or acceptance of prospective civil servants (CPNS) for the formation of 4,558 people.

"The formation consists of 253 formations of health personnel and 4,305 formations of technical personnel," said Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Komjen Andap Budhi Revianto in a written statement, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, June 30.

The formation of health workers is for the positions of doctors, nurses and midwives. Meanwhile, the formation of technical personnel is for the positions of computer administrators, legal analysts, budget analysts, state budget financial institutions, lecturers and community advisors.

In addition, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights has also opened formations for the positions of prison guards and immigration inspectors for high school education levels.

The Kemenkumham 2021 CPNS acceptance opens general formations, formations for the best graduates and formations with disabilities. Participants who choose the best graduate formation have their own requirements as well as for persons with disabilities.

Andap said the Kemenkumham CPNS selection process has a fairly long stage or flow, starting from registration to the announcement of the final graduation.

There are several stages that must be passed by participants to pass the CPNS selection. First, participants can register online through the sscasn.bkn.go.id page from 30 June to 21 July 2021.

At the registration stage, participants are required to create an account. After that, participants took part in the administrative selection by uploading documents according to the requirements to be verified by the committee.

The administrative selection process and announcement stage will be held around 28 to 29 July 2021. Prospective participants can directly see whether or not they pass the administrative selection within that period.

For prospective participants who do not pass the administrative selection, they are given the opportunity to make a rebuttal in the range of July 30 to August 1, 2021. The committee will answer the objection on July 30 to August 8, 2021.

"This is done to bridge if there are participants who complain because they are not passed while they feel that all the requirements given are complete," he said.

To avoid problems with registration and administrative selection, it is recommended that before registering on the BKN page, prospective participants first read in detail and carefully the various terms and conditions needed on the cpns.kemenkumhan.go.id page. This is to avoid potential participants falling in the administrative selection process.

The requirements presented on the BKN website are general requirements. Candidates for CPNS Kemenkumham, specifically, the requirements are on the cpns.kemenkumham.go.id page. If you are not careful, prospective participants can fall in the administrative selection stage.

The next stage is the selection of basic competencies (SKD) which is estimated from August 25 to October 4, 2021 using the computer assisted test (CAT) system. The material tested during the SKD is the general intelligence test (TIU), the national insight test (TWK) and the personal characteristics test (TKP).

"The results of the SKD will be announced around 17 to 18 October 2021," he said.

Participants who are declared to have passed the SKD then follow the field competency selection (SKB) which consists of CAT, practical exams and interviews (for non-high school applicants) and aptitude tests, interviews, physical observations and skills (for high school applicants).

Finally, the announcement stage is estimated from 18 to 19 December 2021. The public is given time to refute the final announcement of the CPNS selection between 20 to 22 December 2021.

To ensure accountability, participants and the public can participate in supervising the selection process by submitting a fraud complaint report to the complaint service number 0812 8875 1988.

"The selection process can be monitored by the public. If there is a suspicion of fraud, please report it to the existing complaint service number. We will follow up," he said.
