JAKARTA - The police are a thief of LPG gas cylinders with the initials LAP. The perpetrators have carried out their actions in 14 locations since March.

The perpetrator is an unemployed who previously was a drug addict but underwent rehabilitation. The perpetrator is currently languishing in the South Jakarta Metro Police detention cell with the threat of seven years in prison.
