Tightened Health Protocol, Entering The House of Representatives Building Must Show Rapid Antigen Letter Or PCR

JAKARTA - The Secretariat General of the House of Representatives has begun to tighten health protocols for guests visiting the House of Representatives building, as the spread of COVID-19 in the parliament complex increases. To date, there have been 105 positive cases of COVID-19 infecting House of Representatives members and employees.

Secretary-General of the House of Representatives, Indra Iskandar, said that the restrictions on guests visiting the building would be carried out until the end of June. Later, every guest who comes will be asked for a COVID-19 free letter through the results of rapid antigen or PCR.

"All guests will be examined for 24-hour antigens or 2x24-hour PCR", said Indra to reporters, Wednesday, June 23.

In addition to bringing a COVID-19-free rapid test result letter, said Indra, guests who are allowed to enter will also be asked for information on their needs. This is seen in how important the intended agenda is.

"We have also directed all guests who do not have high urgency while they are not in the parliamentary environment. Or we will refuse entry", said Indra.
