BOGOR - Deputy Chairman of the Organization of the Bogor City Kadin, Yus Ruswandi, revealed a number of alleged irregularities in the implementation of the VIII Provincial Meeting of the West Java Kadin in Bogor on September 24, 2025.

The information was conveyed by Yus in a follow-up hearing for the lawsuit of the managers of the Garut Chamber of Commerce and the Indramayu Chamber of Commerce at the South Jakarta District Court, Thursday, July 16, 2026.

Yus said that from the beginning he understood the activities in Bogor as a pre-Muprov, not the implementation of Muprov. This information, according to him, was obtained from the Deputy Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Erwin Aksa in a meeting in Bandung.

"I know it was a pre-Muprov from Mr. Erwin Aksa. At that time it was also conveyed that the West Java Chamber of Commerce was in a status quo," Yus said at the trial.

He also assessed that the Muprov stage did not run according to the organization's rules. According to Yus, there was no adequate socialization, some participants were not the owners of the right to vote, and the committee chairman was not present.

Yus also questioned the attendance list. He said his name and signature were included in the attendance document, even though he claimed he had never signed the list.

The plaintiff, Rajab Prijadi, assessed the witness's testimony as strengthening the suspicion that the implementation of Muprov was problematic. He said there were participants who claimed to represent certain areas even though the official manager was not present.

"I am from the Garut Chamber of Commerce and Industry, but it turns out that someone claimed to be an envoy from Garut," said Rajab.

Another plaintiff, Mulyadi, hopes that the testimony will be considered by the panel of judges. The plaintiff's lawyer, Roy Sianipar, said Yus's testimony was in line with the 44 pieces of evidence previously submitted in the trial.

Roy also highlighted the absence of Zulkifli M. Adam who was named chairman of the committee based on the appointment of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Zulkifli's lawyer, Arif Suhundar, previously stated that his client had never been involved in the meeting or the implementation of Muprov. Zulkifli was also said to have never signed the invitation letter related to the event.

According to Arif, his client never received a letter revoking Agung Suryamal's mandate as Chairman of the West Java Caretaker Kadin. On this basis, his party assessed that the implementation of Muprov was suspected of deviating from the AD/ART of the Kadin.

The trial, which was chaired by Chief Justice Eman Sulaiman, was postponed for one week. The next trial is scheduled to hear another witness.
