RSHSR's President Director, Achim Dinata Marsidimengatakan, the step was taken as part of an internal evaluation of the incident.

Rachim said the hospital had formed a team to clarify and coordinate with the patient's family regarding the incident.
He added that the hospital was also ready to undergo an evaluation from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) regarding the incident.

Rachim emphasized that the training would focus on compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), especially in the process of handing over babies to parents.
