RSHSR's President Director, Achim Dinata Marsidimengatakan, the step was taken as part of an internal evaluation of the incident.

Rachim said the hospital had formed a team to clarify and coordinate with the patient's family regarding the incident.
He added that the hospital was also ready to undergo an evaluation from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) regarding the incident.
"We have also reported this problem to the Ministry of Health and other related institutions, and we are very open to further guidance for improving the quality of health services in RSHS," he said.

Rachim emphasized that the training would focus on compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), especially in the process of handing over babies to parents.
