Lampung - The Lampung Provincial Manpower Office (Disnaker) said it had followed up on 13 complaints regarding the provision of holiday allowances (THR) for workers in its area.

"Until now, from the results of the THR Complaint Post which operates during Lebaran 2026, there have been 13 complaints from workers related to the fact that they have not received their rights to their holiday allowance from their employers," said Head of the Lampung Provincial Manpower Service Agus Nompitu in Bandarlampung, Friday.

He said that out of 13 complaints, the number of workers who had not received their rights was approximately 30 people.

"But we are still investigating, whether other workers in the company have also experienced delays or have not been paid their rights," he said.

After conducting an in-depth case, he said the Ministry of Manpower would communicate with the reported company to pay workers' rights to holiday allowances.

"So we prioritize coaching, and ask companies that are late or have not paid to pay immediately. And later the team will make a decision on the actions to be taken based on labor regulations," he said.

He explained that the Ministry of Manpower would also facilitate mediation between workers and employers, by lowering the labor inspection team.

"The payment must of course be met in accordance with the amount of salary received by workers each month, for those who work for more than one year. If the workers are below that, it is proportional according to the existing rules," he added.

According to him, the deadline that should be fulfilled by the company for the payment of workers' holiday allowances is seven days before Eid. If it is not fulfilled, it will be subject to sanctions according to the applicable rules.

"This can be sanctioned, even fined according to existing rules. However, we prioritize compliance first, then there are administrative sanctions and this can also lead to the revocation of business licenses if they do not pay their obligations to workers," he added.
