Time For DKI Residents To Have A Look At The Regional Budget On The Official Site

JAKARTA - The 2020 DKI Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RAPBD) has been uploaded on the official website apbd.jakarta.go.id.

As promised by the DKI Provincial Government, this draft was uploaded some time after DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan gave a speech on the Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on APBD. This means that the public can now observe all the proposed expenditure and income budget items in 2020.

When opening the site, the initial view shows a selection of budget drafts starting in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. There are also e-budgeting and e-price columns, but these two columns can only be accessed by the ranks of the DKI Provincial Government.

The public can click on the 2020 column to see a detailed budget. Then, click the [RAPBD] column to input the RKA RAPBD 2020 refinement.

After that, you can see the appearance of the nominal budget in general, starting from the activity budget of Rp.44.8 trillion, non-activity budget of Rp.34.7 trillion, expenditure financing of Rp.8.3 trillion, and the total APBD of Rp.87.9 trillion.

Detailed budget details can also be seen on this site. After opening the column [RAPBD] to input RKA RAPBD 2020 refinement, the selection column in the upper right corner displays the column detail budget.

For example, when the activity budget column is opened, a table with a description of the budget appears. First, select the SKPD budget details to read. After that, a list of budget codes appears, the name of the description (components), the ceiling amount (highest number) of the budget, and the amount of the proposed budget.

This afternoon, Anies Draft Regional Regulation (Raperda) on the 2020 APBD to the DKI DPRD. The total APBD for DKI in 2020 is IDR 87.95 trillion. This figure is an increase of 1.22 percent compared to the 2019 APBD-P which was only IDR 86.89 trillion.

Regional revenue in 2020 is planned at IDR 82.19 trillion, an increase of 9.60 percent from the 2019 APBD-P of IDR 74.99 trillion.

The regional revenue plan is expected to come from Local Own Revenue of Rp. 57.56 trillion, Balancing Fund of Rp. 21.61 trillion, and other legitimate regional revenue sectors, Rp. 3.01 trillion.

The Regional Original Revenue Plan is expected to come from Regional Taxes of IDR 50.17 trillion, Regional Levies of IDR 755.75 billion, Proceeds from the Management of Separated Regional Assets of IDR 750 billion, and Other Legitimate Original Regional Revenues of IDR 5.88 trillion.

Regional expenditure for the 2020 fiscal year is planned at IDR 79.61 trillion, aka an increase of 2.26 percent compared to the 2019 APBD-P which is only IDR 77.85 trillion. Regional Expenditures consist of Indirect Expenditures and Direct Expenditures.

Indirect Expenditures in the 2020 Fiscal Year, was allocated IDR 34.76 trillion. Includes Rp. 20.84 trillion for Employees, Rp. 76 billion for Interest, Rp. 5.57 trillion for Subsidies, Rp. 2.54 trillion for Grants, Rp. 4.80 trillion for Social Assistance, Rp. 576.99 billion for Financial Assistance, and Rp. 53 billion.

Meanwhile, Direct Expenditures were allocated Rp.44.84 trillion, for the purposes of achieving the RPJMD, regional strategic activities and the fulfillment of other Regional Priority Spending, as well as increasing the UMP in accordance with Governor Regulation Number 121 of 2019.

The 2020 Financing Revenue is planned for IDR 5.76 trillion. A total of Rp. 5.50 trillion came from SiLPA in 2019. And another Rp. 260 billion came from receiving loans for the MRT project.

The planned financing expenditure of Rp.8.34 trillion is allocated to DKI BUMD with regard to providing mass transportation, overcoming congestion, assigning a number of infrastructure projects such as providing housing for DP 0 Rupiah, as well as providing loans.
