YOGYAKARTA - The certification allowance or the so-called Teacher Profession Allowance (TPG) is one form of incentive from the government for teachers who have obtained an educator certificate. The teacher certification allowance is one of the incentives that many teachers in Indonesia are waiting for because the amount is quite large. Then how much teacher allowance will be obtained?

It is worth noting that the certification allowance for teachers is divided into three, namely ASN, non-ASN, and non-ASN Inpassing. The TPG obtained by ASN teachers is calculated by 1x basic salary × 12 months. Meanwhile, the TPG for non-ASN is calculated by the formula Rp2,000,000 × 12 months. For non-ASN Inpassing teachers, the amount of TPG will be calculated by the formula for the basic salary of the inpassing verification × 12 months.

For example, a PNS teacher of golonga, he gets a salary of Rp2,522,600. Then the TPG that will be obtained is Rp2,522,600 x 12 = Rp30,271,200. whereas the TPG obtained by non-ASN teachers is Rp2,000,000 X 12 = Rp24,000,000. For non-ASN teachers, Inpassing will get TPG with a value adjusted to the ASN basic salary according to the content of the equalization SK owned by each teacher.

The salary possessed by ASN teachers is adjusted to the rank possessed. The following ASN basic salary can be a benchmark for calculating the TPG obtained by ASN teachers or non-ASN teachers Inpassing.
