SPPG In Tulungagung Stops Operations Due To Limitation Of Operational Funds From BGN

JAKARTA - The Waung 2 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Unit (SPPG) in Waung Village, Tulungagung Regency, East Java suspended operations for two days due to limited operational funds sent by the National Nutrition Agency (BGN).

Kepala SPPG Waung 2 Kecamatan Boyolangu Della Ananda Setyarini di Tulungagung, Sabtu, 6 Desember, mengatakan layanan akan kembali dijalankan apabila pendanaan untuk periode kemudian disir.

"So far, budget submissions have been made every two weeks through proposals to BGN," said Della, quoted by Antara.

After being approved, he continued, operational funds were transferred and used to carry out services for the next two weeks.

The pattern is indeed a proposal every two weeks. However, the funds that come in this week after being calculated by the accountant are only enough until Thursday (4/12), so operations have to be stopped on Friday and Saturday," said Della.

SPPG Waung 2 serves 3,571 beneficiaries from 14 schools from elementary, junior high to MA levels.

Temporary suspension is carried out to avoid material and operational shortages that can have an impact on the quality of nutrition services.

Della said that her party had submitted a proposal again for the next two weeks.

He hopes that the funds can be transferred before the beginning of next week so that service activities can run normally.

"Hopefully before Monday (8/12) it will be disbursed, so that services can resume running as usual," he said.
