JATENG - The Central Java Police's Professional Code of Ethics Commission (KKEP) has imposed severe sanctions on AKBP Basuki. The middle officer, who previously served as Head of Sub-Directorate for Dalmas Ditsamapta, was dishonorably dismissed from the police service after being proven guilty of a disgraceful act that resulted in a decline in the positive image of the Police in society.

This was conveyed by the Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Police, Kombes Artanto, based on a report he received from the Head of Propam, Kombes Saiful Anwar, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, early in the morning.

In a statement received, the Head of Public Relations revealed that the trial was held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, from 10.24 to 16.20 WIB in the Central Java Police Bidpropam Courtroom.

"After hearing the direct statements of the 7 witnesses presented at the trial, the Prosecutor's Commission Team found that AKBP B was proven to have violated eight articles related to the Police Professional Code of Ethics," he said.

The violation includes acts that reduce the image of the Police, violations of religious norms and decency, and infidelity. The essence of the violation committed is to establish a close relationship with Dwinanda Linchia Levi, lecturer at the University of August 17, 1945 (Untag) Semarang, and put it in the Family Card without the knowledge of the legal wife.

The peak of the violations committed occurred on Sunday night, December 16, where the alleged violator and the woman stayed at a boarding house in Semarang City. The next day, Monday, November 17, 2025, the woman was found dead.

"This incident triggered widespread news and damaged the positive image of the National Police institution," he said.

Based on the facts and articles that were proven to have been violated, the Commission imposed two types of sanctions, namely ethical sanctions which decided that the act of AKBP B was a disgraceful act and administrative sanctions in the form of placing in a special place (Patsus) for 30 days and Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH).

"On this decision, the alleged violator stated that he would file an appeal," he continued.

"This trial decision shows the commitment of the Central Java Police Propam to enforce the code of ethics and maintain the dignity of institutions in the eyes of the community. Anyone who commits a violation, the Central Java Police will take firm action indiscriminately," he said.
