JAKARTA - A total of seven candidates for the Judicial Commission (KY) will undergo a fit and proper test held by Commission III of the DPR on November 17, 2025. This feasibility test is an important stage ahead of the end of the KY management for the 2020-2025 period in December.
The chairman of the KY Selection Committee (Pansel), Dhana Puta, stated that the implementation of this test was intended so that on December 21, 2025, the composition of KY members for the 2025-2030 period had been officially formed.

Dhana explained that the seven prospective KY members came from various backgrounds, ranging from former judges, legal practitioners, academics, to community leaders. All names have gone through the internal screening process in Pansel before being submitted to the DPR.
