When President Joe Biden 'Declined' Interview And Chose To Roll Out A New Ford-150 Lightning

JAKARTA - U.S. automotive manufacturer Ford officially launched its new F-150 Lightning double cabin electric pickup truck on Wednesday, 19. With the latest gahar specifications and technology, this electric truck immediately attracted attention.

Unabashedly, one of the figures interested in this electric truck is President of the United States Joe Biden. In addition to inheriting the American car tradition, electric vehicles are one of the ideals of the future automotive industry of the United States Joe Biden Administration.

The day before it was officially launched, President Biden apparently tried the electric truck while visiting a Ford Motor Company production facility in Deaborn, Michigan

"We need automakers and other companies to keep investing here in America and not take advantage of our public investment and expand electric vehicles and battery manufacturing overseas," President Biden told The National on Saturday, May 22.

"We will set new speeds for electric vehicles," he continued, noting that it would reverse vehicle emissions standards from his predecessor Donald Trump.

Interestingly, President Biden made a surprise agenda by testing out a new F-150 Lightning. Not as a passenger, but President Biden taking direct over the helm.

Passionate and convincing, President Bideng cradled this electric truck at a testing track facility. In a video posted on social media, President Biden made reporters who watched the moment mutter about his actions.

'This truck is fast,' praised President Biden after devouring several rounds with a new Ford F-150 Lightning.

In fact, when a reporter tried to interview him about the growing situation in the Middle East regarding the Israeli conflict - Hamas at the time, after a moment of discussion about the speed of the truck, President Biden joked.

"No, unless you're in front of the car when I step on the gas. I'm just teasing. Okay here you go, are you ready?" said President Biden, who immediately rolled back the truck.

President Biden's security team rushed to race in parallel with other vehicles, struggling to keep pace with the car, certainly while protecting the number one person in the United States.

For the record, the Ford F-150 Lightning looks very similar to the conventional F-150, which is Ford's best-selling vehicle in the United States. But as President Biden pointed out, the truck could be even faster.
