Parents Of Victims Of The SMAN 72 Jakarta Explosion Claim To Have Been Visited By The National Police Chief

JAKARTA - AAS, one of the students of SMAN 72 Jakarta who were victims of the explosion, is still lying in the treatment room of the Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, November 11, 2025.

Ugi, the victim's father, said that his son received various visits from the Minister to the National Police Chief after the explosion that occurred at SMAN 72 Jakarta.

"All the visits. Including the National Police Chief, I spoke to my wife, coincidentally I didn't exist. There are several Ministers," he said.

Currently, AAS's condition is starting to improve and realizes. However, Ugi said there would be a third operation against his son.

"He said there was a third operation, the head surgery, I saw it. There was an abnormality near the brain stem," he said.

Previously, as many as 13 patients who were victims of the SMAN 72 Jakarta explosion were still undergoing intensive treatment at the Cempaka Putih Jakarta Islamic Hospital (RSIJ), Central Jakarta on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

Director of RSIJ Cempaka Putih, Dr. Pradono Handojo said, currently there are 13 patients being treated at the Islamic hospital.

"One patient is being treated at HCU and one patient is in the ICU and 11 patients are being treated inpatients," he said, Sunday afternoon.
