Batam Civil Servant Circulates MDMB Drug Vape 4 EN Pinaca Arrested With DJ And Secretariat

The Directorate of Drug Investigation (Ditresnarkoba) of the Riau Islands Police (Kepri) arrested the perpetrators of the electric cigarette liquid (vape) dealer containing drugs involving a civil servant (PNS) from a government agency in Batam City.

Director of Resnarkoba Polda Kepri Kombes Pol. Anggoro Wicaksono said there were three perpetrators, namely MAP, as civil servants of government institutions (Immigration), FP, a jockey disk (DJ) and a GP, a secretariat of a private company in Batam.

"The initial arrest of the FP, then we developed an investigation based on the results of the examination, claiming to have submitted the vape to MAP, through the GP," said Anggoro confirmed in Batam, Wednesday.

According to him, his party had been investigating this case for a long time, until finally he was able to arrest the first perpetrator on October 22, 2025.

From FP's confession, the two bottles of liquid revil vape contained narcotics type MDMB 4 EN Pinaca obtained from a person with the initials P, in Malaysia.

Against P, the police have included it as a wanted list (DPO) or fugitive.

Based on FP information, he has sold a liquid vape drug to a man with the initials MAP through an intermediary for a woman with the initials GP.

"FP claimed to be contacted by GP, who claimed to be a man with the initials MP gave a bottle of luqid vape," he said.

Then investigators carried out developments on October 23 at around 02.30 WIB, the Opsnal Team of the Narcotics Directorate of the Riau Islands Police secured the GP.

From the results of the examination of the GP, it is known that the perpetrators deployed FP to deliver a liquid liquid revil vape to the MAP residence in the Batu Ampar area.

On the same day at around 15.00 WIB, MAP came to the Riau Islands Police to surrender by carrying a liquid revil vape bottle containing narcotics which he gave from FP through a GP intermediary.

"The results of the MAP examination admitted that one bottle of liquid vape would be consumed by him himself," said Anggoro.

Even though he had surrendered, said Anggoro, the legal process against MAP and the other two perpetrators was still ongoing. The three of them have been named as suspects.

Investigators confiscated evidence including three bottles of liquid revil vape containing 4EN Pinaca MDMB narcotics weighing a total of 18.74 grams, three cell phones and one four-wheeled vehicle.

The three of them face the threat of imprisonment for violating Article 114 paragraph (2) and/or Article 112 paragraph (2) of Law Number 35 of 2009 Juncto Article 132 paragraph (1) concerning Drugs, with the threat of death penalty or life imprisonment or a minimum imprisonment of five years.
