KPK Names New Suspect Related To Bribery Case At OKU PUPR Service

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is developing allegations of corruption in the Ogan Komering Ulu Regency Government (OKU). There are already parties named as suspects in this case.

The development of the case was discovered after the anti-corruption commission summoned 14 witnesses regarding the alleged bribery in the procurement of goods and services within the OKU Regency Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office today, October 28. The investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued this October.

"Development from the previous case," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo when confirmed, Tuesday, October 28.

Budi has not detailed who the suspects are. However, based on the information collected, they are Parwanto, Deputy Chairman of the OKU DPRD from the Gerindra Party; Robi Vitergo, a member of the OKU DPRD from PKB; Ahmad Thoha alias Anang as private; and Myndra SB as private.

The information on the determination of the suspect has been confirmed by the Deputy Chairperson of the KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto.

"It's true (there has been a suspect determination, ed)," he said when confirmed on a separate occasion.

Furthermore, investigators from the current anti-corruption commission summoned witnesses at the South Sumatra Regional Police office. Those who were asked to provide information were Indra Susanto as Assistant 1 (Pemerintahan and Kesra) of the OKU District Secretariat; Iwan Setiawan as Secretary of the OKU Regency DPRD; Kamaludin as a Member of the OKU Regency DPRD for the 2024-2029 Period; and Luqmanul Hakim as the Head of the OKU Regency Bappelitbangda.

Then Romson Fitri was also asked for information as Assistant 3 of the Regional Secretariat of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency since 2019; Setiawan as Head of the OKU Regency BKAD; Ahmad Azhar alias Alal as Head of the Department of Forestry and OKU Regency Library; then Armansyah alias Arman as a civil servant at the OKU Regency Perkim Service.

Next, Raidi as the private party was also summoned; Gepin Alindra Utama as a member of the OKU Regency DPRD; M. Iqbal Alisyahbana as the Chief Executive of the Prov. South Sumatra Regional Disaster Management Agency as well as PJ OKU Regent from August 11 to February 19; Parwanto who is the Deputy Chair of the OKU Regency DPRD for the 2024-2029 Period; M. Noviansyah alias Opi as a civil servant at the PUPR Office of OKU Regency/Fungsional Sub Jasa Konstruksi in the Cipta Karya Sector; and Rudi Hartono as a Member of the DPRD for the 2024-2029 Period.

As a reminder, the KPK has already named six suspects in connection with the bribery fee for the OKU Regency DPRD pokir project. They are Nopriansyah as the Head of the PUPR Office of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency (OKU); Member of Commission III of the OKU DPRD Ferlan Juliansyah (FJ), Chairman of Commission III of the OKU DPRD M Fahrudin (MFR) as a Member of the OKU DPRD of South Sumatra; and Chairman of Commission II of the OKU DPRD Umi Hartati (UH).

Meanwhile, the suspects from the private sector are MFZ (M Fauzi alias Pablo) and ASS (Ahmad Sugeng Santoso). This determination began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) in March 2025.
