Russia Accuses Ukraine Of Deploying Foreign Mercenaries To Prevent Its Troops From Resigning

JAKARTA - Russia accuses Ukraine of placing foreign mercenaries near Pervomayskoye settlements. They are stationed as a blocking squad.

This was conveyed by a grenade launcher from Russia's 64th Guard Motor Rifle Brigade Eastern Combat Group, with the call of Amur, to Tass.

"I heard via radio that we received from the enemy that there were foreign speech - various foreign languages, not just English. Well, I understand that mercenaries are mostly placed on the second defensive line. Or even third. My understanding is that they prevent Ukrainian troops from resigning. <...> Mercenaries act as their blocking detachments," said the soldier.

According to the source, the military defense posts within the settlement were occupied by mobilized and untrained Ukrainian troops.

In the war zone as well, sources added, drone operators provide active support to foreign troops and mercenaries stationed by Ukraine.

Earlier, on October 24, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that residents in the Pervomayskoye region, Dnepropxisk, which is the fourth largest city of Ukraine, should evacuate.
