DKI Provincial Government Sends SP3 To Barito Market Traders, Asked To Unload Their Own Reports

JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has sent a Third Warning Letter (SP3) to traders of the Barito Pet Market who still occupy the Langsat Park area, Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta.

Head of the DKI Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM), Elisabeth emphasized, this letter is the last time for traders to dismantle and vacate their stalls independently. Previously, SP2 was given on Tuesday, October 15.

"We hope that traders can respond to this warning wisely and move their belongings independently," said the Queen in her statement, Wednesday, October 22.

Ratu said the move was part of the process of building the Heritage Flag Park which had been carried out in stages since recent times.

This arrangement will combine three parks, namely Ayodya, Langsat, and Leuser Parks which are located close together. As a result of this development, the DKI Provincial Government decided to hold the Barito Pet Market traders at that location.

Thus, the DKI Provincial Government is building the Center for Fauna and Culinary Lenteng Agung, South Jakarta. Sentra Fauna and Culinary Lenteng Agung have 125 kiosks with various functions, consisting of 22 culinary kiosks (zone A), amphitheaters (zone B), 74 bird stalls and animal feed (zone C and D), as well as 29 additional parsel and culinary stalls (zone E).

"The government has prepared the location of the arrangement at Sentra Fauna and Culinary Lenteng Agung, with more appropriate, hygienic, and strategic facilities. We urge this opportunity to be utilized as best as possible," said Ratu.

From the results of the joint team's monitoring, a number of kiosks at the former Barito Market location were empty and no longer operating. The officer then put a notification sticker on the kiosks as part of the administration of the area arrangement.

The list of kiosks that have been affixed with notification stickers includes:

- JS 25 (Animal): Kiosk No. 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26, 28, 34, 35, 36, 42, 58.

- JS 26 (Parcel Buah): Kiosk No. 06, 07, 09, 10, 11.

- JS 30 (Culinary): Kiosk No. 06, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, 2232.
