Check Irvian Bobby's 'Sultan' Ministry Of Manpower, KPK Finds Out Other Money Flows

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) examined the Coordinator for Institutional Affairs and Work Health Personnel (K3) 2022-2025 Irvian Bobby Mahendro Putro today.

The suspect in the case of extorting Work Safety and Health certification (K3) was questioned several things, including the flow of money.

"Investigating the suspect IBM's brother, which was carried out today, is certainly still focused on the subject matter being investigated by investigators," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Friday, October 17 evening.

"How are the processes and mechanisms in the issuance of K3 certification, how are the modes carried out in the alleged extortion and also how money flows to parties within the Ministry of Manpower," he continued.

Budi said all information submitted by Irvian would be investigated. "Procedures, mechanisms and also modes (extortion, ed) carried out by these individuals," he said.

For information, Irvian is in the spotlight because he only recorded a wealth ownership of Rp3.9 billion in the state administrator's wealth report (LHKPN). In fact, he enjoyed extortion money of up to Rp69 billion.

Reporting from the elhkpn.kpk.go.id page, Irvian has land and building assets covering an area of 145 square meters (m2)/54 m2 in South Jakarta with a grant status without a deed worth Rp1,278,247,000.

He also reported ownership of the 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Car, a result of IDR 335,000,000.

Then there are other movable assets amounting to Rp75,253,273 and cash equivalents of Rp2,216,873,795.

The KPK also found that Irvian was nicknamed the sultan of Immanuel Ebenezer. "It means that a person who has a lot of money at the Directorate General of Binwas K3," said KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto to reporters when confirmed, Saturday, August 23.

Previously reported, the KPK named 11 suspects in connection with the alleged extortion of handling work safety and health certificates (K3). This determination began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) that arrested 14 people, including the Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Immanuel Ebenezer.

The following is a list of suspects named by the KPK:

1. Irvian Bobby Mahendro as Coordinator for Institutional and Personnel Affairs K3 for 2022-2025;

2. Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra as Coordinator for Testing and Evaluation of Work Safety Competence in 2022 until now;

3. Subhan as Sub-Coordinator for Work Safety Dit. Bina K3 for 2020-2025;

4. Anitasari Kusumawati as Coordinator of Partnership and Work Health Personnel in 2020 until now;

5. Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan as Deputy Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia in 2024-2029;

6. Fahrurozi as Director General of Binwasnaker and K3 in March 2025 until now;

7. Hery Sutanto as Director of Institutional Development in 2021-February 2025;

8. Sekarsari Kartika Putri as sub-coordinator;

9. Supriadi as the coordinator;

10. Temurila as the party of PT KEM Indonesia; and

11. Miki Mahfud as the party of PT KEM Indonesia.
