Bandarlampung Prosecutor's Office Gives Legal Aid Of IDR 19.9 Billion For 13 Companies To Experience Bad Credit

The Bandarlampung District Attorney (Kejari) said the non-ligacy legal assistance provided to the local city government had reaped results by successfully restoring state finances amounting to Rp19.9 billion.

"The amount of Rp. 19.9 billion was obtained from the regional tax enforcement sector to the handling of bad credit," said Kajari Bandarlampung Baharuddin, in Bandarlampung, Friday, which was confiscated by Antara.

He said the legal assistance provided to the Bandarlampung City Government was a tangible form of the prosecutor's duties in an effort to save state finances.

"Yes, there are approximately 13 companies that have bad credit and so on have been restored and are now running smoothly," he said.

He also appreciated the city government for openly collaborating with the prosecutor's office to solve problems in this city, especially in civil and administrative sectors.

"Of course we will continue to work for the people of Bandarlampung City. And this assistance to the city government is a form of the prosecutor's duties for the community," he said.

He also said that apart from the Bandarlampung City Government, the District Attorney would also provide legal assistance services for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

"So we also provide legal assistance for the membership of MSMEs Mitra Adhyaksa for free by competent and professional State Attorneys (JPN), in order to accelerate licensing, halal certification of MSME products, issuance of Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI), assistance in MSME capital programs as well as digital and collaborative marketing strategies for MSMEs," he said.
