BMKG forecaster Yohanes AK in a weather forecast broadcast in Jakarta, Tuesday, detailed that the Sumatra region in general has the potential to experience light to moderate rain.
"For the Banda Aceh, Medan, and Pekanbaru areas, light rain is forecast, while the potential for rain accompanied by lightning can occur in Padang and Tanjung Pinang," he said.

Meanwhile, the areas of Bali and Nusa Tenggara are estimated to be cloudy in Denpasar, light rain in Kupang, and the potential for rain accompanied by lightning in Mataram.
