Lecherous Principal in Medan Who Harasses Elementary School Students Arrested by Police

MEDAN - Investigator Subdit IV for Adolescents, Children, and Women, Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the North Sumatra Regional Police arrested the principal of a school in Medan City, with the initials BS. He allegedly molested his student.

"It has been named a suspect and has been detained", said Head of Public Relations of the North Sumatra Regional Police, Kombes Hadi Wahyudi, to reporters, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, May 18.

The determination of the suspect against the BS was after the investigator examined several witnesses and collected evidence and conducted a case title.

For his actions, the suspect was charged with Article 82 of Law No. 17, Second Amendment to Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, with the threat of a sentence of more than five years.

Investigators are currently completing the case files for the alleged obscenity and then handing them over to the prosecutor's office.

"The case files are being completed, we will immediately submit them to the prosecutor's office", he said.
