He said the perpetrator then attacked the victim from behind using a weapon to injure the face.

"After attacking the victim, the perpetrator immediately fled by car," he said.

Meanwhile, the injured Serda SR, he continued, received help from officers and restaurant visitors and was then rushed to the hospital.

He said the victim was declared dead after being rushed to the hospital in the early hours of Saturday.

The military police coordinated with the Wonosobo Police to investigate the incident.
