Pangdam: Education Dikmaba Is Part Of The Development Of The Indonesian Army's Strength

SINGKAWANG - Commander of the XII/Tanjungpura Regional Military Command (Pangdam), Major General TNI Jamallulael, emphasized that the first education of non-commissioned officers (Dikmaba) was an important part of the development of the Army (AD) force.

This was conveyed when he led the closing ceremony of the First NCO Education (Tupdik Dikmaba) Infantry of the Indonesian Army for the 2025 Fiscal Year at the Wapta Marga Rindam XII/Tpr Field, Pasir Panjang Street, South Singkawang, Saturday (6/9).

"This education is an entry point for the long journey of service to soldiers. Today's achievement is just the beginning. Make what has been received during education as provisions in carrying out service, continuing to study, continuing to practice, and never feeling enough," said the Pangdam.

The Military Commander emphasized that the purpose of Dikmaba's education was to form soldiers with the character Sapta Marga and the oath of soldiers, to have the basic knowledge and skills of the NCO class soldiers, as well as to build the same physical condition.

He continued, the closing of the 2025 FY Infantry is an important momentum for the Indonesian Army in preparing the resources of soldiers who are professional, have character, and ready to support the development program of national defense forces.

On that occasion, the Pangdam also inaugurated the Al-Ikhlas Dodik State Defense Mosque Rindam XII/Tpr which was built with a spirit of mutual cooperation. The mosque is expected to be a center for mental and spiritual development for soldiers, students, and the Rindam XII/Tpr extended family.

"I hope that the existence of this mosque can further improve the quality of the faith of soldiers in supporting the duty of serving the nation and state," he said.

In addition, the Military Commander also handed over compensation to warakawuri and orphans as a form of TNI AD's social concern for the community.

The closing ceremony of Dikmaba this time was attended by 224 participants who will then take Infantry branching education in Rindam XII/Tpr. Of the hundreds of participants, Rafael Tetelo Luna, the son of the Dayak tribe from Sekadau City, won the title of the best graduate.
