Nearly 45 Thousand Cars Pass The MBZ Toll Road During The Prophet's Maulid Holiday

PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek stated that 44,939 vehicles were observed to have left Jakarta via the Mohamed Bin Zayed (MBZ) Flyover section on the D-1 long holiday of the Prophet Muhammad SAW or Thursday (4/9/2025).

"This vehicle traffic volume increased by 99.53 percent of normal traffic, namely 22,522 vehicles," said GM Operations and Maintenance of PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek Desti Anggraeni in Bekasi, Friday.

His party also noted a surge in the volume of vehicle traffic in the opposite direction or from the direction of Cikampek to Jakarta via Jalan Layang MBZ, namely 24,158 vehicles, an increase of 15.38 percent compared to normal traffic of 20,938 vehicles.

In line with the high volume of vehicles passing through the MBZ Flyover, road users are advised to always prioritize safety, ensure drivers and vehicles are in prime condition to ensure sufficient power and fuel.

"For road users to always obey signs and directions from officers when traffic engineering is implemented," he said.
