JAKARTA - Malaysian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohamad Alamin said Malaysia would urge countries that are members of the United Nations (UN) to work together to drag or bring the Israeli zionist regime to the International Court.

Alamin conveyed this at the State Council, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Wednesday, September 3 when answering a question from senator Hussin Ismail regarding concrete steps that the Malaysian Kingdom will take regarding the Gaza issue.

"Malaysia will urge the community between nations to work together to bring the Israeli zionist regime to court (International Court)," Alamin said as quoted by ANTARA.

Malaysia will also continue to demand concrete action taken by the UN Security Council, to hinder Israel's suppression and atrocities against Palestinians.

Malaysia, he said, strongly condemned Israel's actions in making hunger a weapons of war, and called it a war crime.

Alamin emphasized that all these calls would be conveyed by Malaysia at the United Nations 80th General Assembly which will be held in New York, United States, at the end of September 2025.
