JAKARTA - The City Government (Pemkot) of Depok, West Java prohibits the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from accepting gratification related to the holiday by issuing Circular Letter (SE) number: 356/227-itda on The Prevention of Corruption and Gratification Control Related to The Feast." Explained, based on article 12B and article 12C of Law No. 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, civil servants or state organizers who receive gratification related to the position and contrary to their duties and duties, must report to the KPK within 30 working days from the date of receipt of gratification.
