Thank You From The Masses While Mengarah Rumah Eko Patrio: "Mr. Good Council, Thank You Yaa"

JAKARTA - The house of a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Eko Hendro Purnomo or Eko Patrio, on Jalan Karang Asem 1, Kuningan, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, was looted by the masses on Saturday, August 30 evening.

Quoted from ANTARA, a number of household furniture, clothing, and electronic items seemed scattered, the floor of the house was full of broken glass and windows were thrown with hard objects.

Several people were seen carrying chairs, lights, chairs, suitcases, studio speakers and mattresses out of the house which was said to belong to Eko, Deputy Chairman of Commission VI of the DPR RI.

In fact, a number of pet cats were also carried by the masses who entered the house. "I want to adopt the cat," said one resident carrying an anggora cat which he took from the cage in the basement of the house.

Security officers and officers dressed in full lines on standby outside and inside the house seemed unable to do much when people continued to arrive.

They are not only demonstrators whose faces are cemong toothpaste, but also among men dressed in fashionable clothes carrying cars, women and teenagers dressed in sleep busy going back and forth transporting every valuable item from inside the three-story luxury house.

"When will I have clothes, shoes belonging to the rich. Mas Eko... sir, the good council... thank you, yes," their hatchers said.

Most of the residents claimed to know the location and existence of looting activities in the house from the distribution of live broadcast videos and also video footage uploaded on a number of social media channels.

The activities of people who are busy transporting goods are a spectacle for many residents who fill the road around the magnificent housing complex.

"Just now, are there still items in the palace? Is it still looking for them," said a statement from the crowd.

Previously, Eko Patrio was in the public spotlight after uploading a parody video on his personal TikTok account @kopatriosuper which featured himself acting as a horeg' music discjokey.

The video drew strong criticism from netizens for being considered insensitive to community problems. And then Saturday night, Eko officially apologized to the public by uploading a video on his personal Instagram account.
