Lisa Mariana's Statement Becomes A Provision For KPK Investigators When Examining Ridwan Kamil

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) said the information submitted by program celebrity Lisa Mariana would be confirmed to former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.

This reason made Lisa first examined as a witness to alleged corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR) on Friday, August 22. The information he conveyed will be used as a provision for investigators.

"So, we ask for information in question first, it is the first step or our preparation will also ask RK's brother for information," said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu to reporters at the KPK's Merah Putih building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, quoted on Tuesday, August 26.

The name Ridwan Kamil was dragged into the vortex of this corruption case after investigators searched his house. There, investigators confiscated a vehicle in the form of a Royal Enfield motorbike.

Not only that, investigators also confiscated the Mercedes Benz 280 SL or Mercedes Benz 'Pagoda' which had just been restored from a workshop in the Bandung area, West Java.

"So we have to prepare information and others related to the person concerned. We have obtained information related to the items confiscated from his house and others," said Asep.

In addition, later, Ridwan Kamil could also confirm the flow of money to Lisa Mariana, who is suspected of originating from Bank BJB non-budgeting funds.

This non-budgeter fund is known to be money obtained from the difference in paying for the procurement of advertisements by Bank BJB. The agency's company is suspected of returning the money through the corsec division.

"So, we suspect that there is a flow there (to be given to Lisa Mariana, ed). Orders or not, later we will confirm with the parties (related, ed)," said Asep.

Meanwhile, Lisa Mariana admitted to receiving money from former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil. This statement was made after being investigated regarding allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR).

"Yes, it's for my son," Lisa told reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Friday, August 22.

Previously reported, the KPK has named five suspects in connection with allegations of corruption in the procurement of advertisements at PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat and Banten Tbk or Bank BJB (BJBR). They are former President Director of Bank BJB Yuddy Renaldi; Head of Corporate Secretary Division of Bank BJB Widi Hartoto; Agency Controller Antedja Muliatama and Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri Kin Asikin Dulmanan; Agency Controlling BSC Advertising and PT Wahana Semesta Bandung Express (WSBE) Suhendrik; and Controlling PT Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama (CKSB) and PT Cipta Karya Mandiri Bersama (CKMB) Raden Sophan Jaya Kusuma.

This case investigation warrant (sprindik) was issued on February 27, 2025. The actions of the five suspects are suspected of having caused the state to lose up to Rp22 billion.

Currently, the detention has not been carried out on five suspects. However, they have been prevented from traveling abroad for six months and can be extended according to the needs of the investigation.
