PKB Deputy To Cadres In South Kalimantan: It's Useless To Increase The Party If It's Not Solid And Competitive

JAKARTA - Deputy Chairperson of the National Awakening Party (PKB) Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal asked PKB cadres in a regional coordination meeting (Rakorwil) in South Kalimantan to maintain solidity and competitive attitudes within the internal scope at all levels.

According to Cucun, this attitude is needed as the main foundation in facing various political agendas in the future, especially to win the PKB victory in the 2029 election.

"The South Kalimantan PKB must be a neat and strong line. We cannot run alone, but we must be solid and competitive. It's useless for us to live raising a party if it's not solid and competitive," said Cucun in Banjarmasin, Monday, August 11.

In addition, Cucun also reminded all administrators and cadres to continue to raise PKB, either through real work in the community or through the expansion of networks in all lines.

"We must be present, greet the people, listen to their voices, and fight for them. PKB is not just a political party, but a way of service. So our job is to raise PKB as a political vehicle for the people and the people," he said.

The deputy chairman of the DPR also emphasized the importance of strengthening political values that bring peace, justice, and partiality to all groups regardless of the background.

"PKB was born from the womb of the pesantren. We should bring Islamic values that are cool, inclusive, and bring grace to all. This is the politics of rahmatan lil alamin which is the basic character of our struggle," said Cucun.

The chairman of the South Kalimantan PKB DPW also emphasized that network regeneration and expansion must be a priority for the medium and long term work of PKB in South Kalimantan. Through tiered and measurable regeneration, PKB will have leadership regeneration that is ready to continue the struggle relay.

With this collective spirit and great vision, Cucun is optimistic that the South Kalimantan PKB will be able to become a significant and relevant political force, both at the regional and national levels.

"We must not lack cadres. So from now on, we must accelerate the regeneration process. We create new leaders from the womb of PKB who are ready to work for the people and the nation," he added.
