Nine people were killed and dozens injured in an Israeli attack on a residential building in Iran on Tuesday morning local time.
As reported by CNN, the attack on Gilan province injured 33 people and destroyed four residential units, Gilan's deputy governor said, according to the government-affiliated Tasnim news agency.
Among those killed and injured, 16 were women and children, the governor said.
Houses in the vicinity were also damaged by the explosion, the governor said.
