Good News Comes From Mukomuko, 148 Villages Received Village Funds Of Rp. 123.16 Billion

JAKARTA - The Community and Village Empowerment Office of Mukomuko Regency, Bengkulu Province, said that as many as 141 out of 148 villages in this area had received 40 percent of Phase I Village Fund transfers. "Village funds have entered the accounts of 141 villages in this area, while seven villages are still in the process of proposing for Village Fund distribution, "said Head of Village Administration, Community and Village Empowerment Service of Mukomuko Regency, M Fadli, in Mukomuko, reported by Antara, Saturday, May 1.

He said, as many as 141 of the 148 villages in this area that had received Phase I Fesa Fund transfers in their respective accounts had used the funds. Hundreds of these villages had used some of the funds for direct cash assistance (BLT) for the families of residents who affected by COVID-19 in their respective areas. However, there are still a number of residents spread across 141 villages in this area who have not received direct cash assistance because these residents have not opened an account at a bank. Then hundreds of villages have received the Village Fund phase I. has used part of his village funds to build infrastructure such as roads in his village.

A total of 148 villages in Mukomuko District in 2021 received Village Funds of Rp. 123.16 billion, an increase compared to Rp. 122.88 billion in 2020. From the Village Fund of Rp. 123.16 billion in 2021, he said, every village in this area received funds. For villages at least IDR 600 million and a maximum of IDR 1.5 billion. Calculation of the distribution of the Village Fund for each village of 148 villages in this area, based on population, area, number of poor people and geographic distress index ratio. He said, as many as seven out of 148 villages in this area that have not received the Village Fund and Phase I Village Fund Allocation are targeted to receive the village funds in April this year.
