PNS Of DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency Becomes Narcotics Intermediary In Aceh, Deputy Governor Riza Confesses That He Has Just Heard The News

JAKARTA - Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta, Ahmad Riza Patria, admitted that he had just learned that a civil servant from the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service had been arrested by the police for being a drug dealer.

"We'll check, I just heard the news," said Riza at the City Hall of DKI, Central Jakarta, Friday, April 30.

According to Riza, all state civil servants (ASN) within the scope of DKI Jakarta must provide a good role model. If the person is found guilty, Riza ensures that the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan will impose strict sanctions.

"If real evidence is found, which clearly violates, of course we will give strict sanctions. Obviously, whoever and whatever the form, there are sanctions that apply with the provisions," he said.

Separately, Head of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo, admitted that his employee with the initials HH was arrested by the Narcotics Detective Unit of the Banda Aceh Police. "It is true that this person is a staff employee at the South Jakarta Transportation Agency," said Syafrin.

However, Syafrin said that HH civil servants had not been to work for one year. In this case, the DKI Provincial Government will dishonorably dismiss HH from his position as a civil servant.

"Now it is in the process of proposing a disrespectful dismissal," he said.

It is known that HH was arrested in the area of Lam Ara Village, Banda Raya District, the local city because he was caught in possession of a type of methamphetamine drug.

"We arrested the civil servant of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service at his house, and found a methamphetamine suction device that was placed on the dining table," said Kasatresnarkoba Banda Aceh Police AKP Rustam Nawawi in Banda Aceh.

HH is a resident of Cempaka Baru, DKI Jakarta who is currently in Banda Aceh. When arrested, the subordinate of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan had shabu weighing 5.30 grams.

The arrest of HH was the result of police development from the arrest of another suspect with the initials AR (37) in the Lowak market area, Lampaseh Aceh, Banda Aceh on the same day.

"The arrests of the two suspects were linked to each other. AR often used narcotics of the type of crystal meth. At that point, the police conducted investigations and arrested the suspects," he said.

After being examined, AR admitted that he bought it through an intermediary for HH and shared sharing at HH's residence. Shortly thereafter, continued Rustam, the HH suspect was arrested by the police.
