Apart From Being Burned, A 4-year-old Boy In Tangerang Was Beaten With A Blunt Object In The Neck

TANGERANG Police revealed new facts regarding the tragic death of a 4-year-old boy who was found burned to death in the rented area of Kresek Village, Rawa Burung Village, Kosambi District, Tangerang Regency. Based on the autopsy results, the victim first experienced physical violence before being burned.

The Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho, stated that the victim was injured by a blunt object that resulted in death.

"Because the death of the victim from the autopsy results was the result of blunt force violence on the neck which resulted in obstructing the respiratory tract," said Zain in a written statement, Tuesday (29/4).

In addition to wounds caused by violence, the victim also suffered serious burns in several parts of the body.

"There were burns to the victim's head, face, neck, and arms," he continued.

Even so, the police have not detailed further the findings because the investigation is still ongoing. Zain confirmed that his party and the Jatanras Polda Metro Jaya team were hunting for the perpetrator, HB, who was known as the girlfriend of the victim's mother.

"We are still looking for the whereabouts of HB, a rented resident and a security officer in the Soekarno-Hatta Airport area. He is also a close friend of the victim's biological mother," explained Zain.

Victim's Father Believes His Son Was Burned And Then Burned

Ahmadi Saputra (39), the victim's father, believes that his son was first tortured to death before being burned to eliminate traces of crime.

"I'm sure, what is clear is that my child was persecuted first, then burned so that his traces were lost," said Ahmadi, Tuesday (29/4).

He also revealed irregularities at the time of the incident, namely the absence of crying when the victim's body was burned.

"If people are burned alive, they will scream and be noisy, but no one hears anything," he said.

Ahmadi also hopes that the perpetrators will be caught and processed legally as severely as possible.
