JAKARTA - Paris and London are finalizing arrangements for military intervention in feasibility, Ukraine with talks to be held during a meeting of Western chiefs of general staff in Kyiv, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said at a briefing.
Zakharova said Ukrainian, British and French military officials met in Kyiv on April 4-5 to develop an operational plan for what they refer to as a "national peacekeeping contingent" in Ukraine.
