The appearance of Munarman's name in the series of terrorism cases revealed by Densus 88 has indeed been around for a long time. The clearest confession came from the mouth of suspected terrorist Ahmad Aulia, whose video clip of his confession spread to social media.

Ahmad Aulia is a terrorist suspect who was arrested in Makassar. He said he took allegiance to Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi, the leader of ISIS, during the FPI's declaration of support for Daulatul Islam in January 2015.

At the time of taking the pledge was attended by Munarman the FPI Central committee, Ustaz Fauzan, and Ustaz Basri who led the Baiat (inauguration). After the pledge, Ahmad Aulia admitted that he routinely participated in the taklim (Islamic non-formal education) at the FPI Makassar headquarters.

The place of my birth date in Makassar is March 10, 1991. I was arrested on January 6, 2021, at the South Sulawesi Regional Police.

I was detained or arrested at the South Sulawesi Regional Police because I had ties to Dauratul Islam. The leader of Daratul Islam was Abu Bakar during the FPI's declaration of support for Dauratul Islam in January 2015.

I took my pledge at that time with 100 FPI sympathizers and troops at the FPI headquarters in Makassar, Jalan Sungai Limboto, Makassar.

My allegiance was attended by Munarman as the FPI Central committee at that time. Ustad Fauzan and Ustad Basri who led the Baiat at that time. And after taking my pledge, I took part in the FPI routine taklim on the Limboto River road 3 times.
