JAKARTA - Russian missile attacks on industrial facilities in the northeastern city of Sumy, Ukraine, damaged residential areas and hospitals, and injured 28 people.

Sumy, about 30 km (18.6 miles) from Russia's borders, as well as its surrounding territory, has been subjected to constant Russian drone and missile attacks.
