DENPASAR - Investigators from the Special Crimes Section of the Bali High Prosecutor's Office have named a new suspect in the alleged corruption case in the construction of a sub-district house in Buleleng Regency, Bali.
Head of the Legal Information Section of the Bali Prosecutor's Office, Putu Agus Eka Sabana Putra, said that based on a marathon investigation and after conducting searches or confiscations in several places, investigators determined that Anom Diana Kesuma (NADK) was a suspect.
NADK is a functional official managing Building Buildings and Settlement Areas for Building Management at the Buleleng PUTR Service.
"The suspect NADK is working with the IMK suspect to prepare a technical picture of PBG (Building Approval) as technical staff at the Buleleng Regency PUTR Service with an agreement to distribute the proceeds from the money requested to the developer," said Eka, Monday, March 24.
NADK was named a suspect after the development of a case of alleged extortion of investors carried out by I Made Kuta who served as Head of the Buleleng Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP).
IMK has been named a suspect and detained at the Class II A Kerobokan Prison, Badung.
In this case, NADK is tasked with taking pictures for the manufacture of PBG and getting an honorarium of IDR 700 thousand per PBG, while IMK gets a quota of IDR 400 per PBG.
