JAKARTA - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has opened free competency certification registration for alumni of the 2025 National Internship Program (MagangHub) Phase 3.
This certification program is held through the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) as a form of recognition of the competence of participants to increase competitiveness in the world of work.
Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development (Binalavotas) Kemnaker Darmawansyah, in his statement in Jakarta, Thursday, invited all internship graduates to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen their competencies and increase career opportunities.
"Registration for competency certification is free. It's time for internship alumni to prove their ability and add value as a future career," he said.
He explained that through competency certification, internship graduates obtain national recognition of competence, increase competitiveness in the world of work, strengthen the portfolio, complete the internship experience, and prove their ability through competency testing.
"Another benefit of having a competency certification is that it can encourage career development, increase company confidence, and support the improvement of the quality of Indonesian human resources," he said.
Participants can choose 15 competency certification schemes that are appropriate for their respective fields, namely Office Administration Management, Assistant Web Developer, Preparing Single Entity Financial Reports, Preparing Financial Reports for Beginners, Human Resources Supervisor, and Data Analyst.
Other schemes are Digital Filing, Junior Secretary, Computer Operator, Producing Audio Visual Works, Occupational Safety and Health Officer (K3), Providing Front Office Services, Graphic Design, Customer Service, and Digital Marketing.
Darmawansyah added that the registration of competency certification for MagangHub 2025 Batch 3 graduates was carried out online from June 29 to July 10, 2026.
For the assessment location, participants can choose the professional certification institution (LSP) closest to their domicile, while the implementation of competence certification in person will be carried out from July 13 to August 13, 2026.
