Kadis DPMPTSP Buleleng Jadi Tersangka Kasus Pengembang Rumah Subsidi Warga Kaya

Special Criminal Investigators At The Bali High Prosecutor's Office Invited The Head Of The IMK Investment And One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) For The Allegation Of Extortion Of Subdition/ANTARA/Rolandus Nampu House Developers

DENPASAR - Head of the Buleleng Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) I Made Kuta was named a suspect in a case related to licensing for housing development for low-income communities in Buleleng Regency.

Head of the Legal Information Section of the Bali Prosecutor's Office, Putu Agus Eka Sabana Putra, said that the determination of the suspect was based on the results of an investigation conducted by the Bali Attorney General's Special Crime Investigation team with sufficient evidence.

Eka Sabana said the IMK was suspected of violating Article 12 letter e Juncto Article 18 of Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption which had been amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption jo. Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.

"Based on sufficient evidence in the form of witness statements, expert statements, suspect statements and evidence, it is concluded that the IMK suspect has extorted several subsidized house developers in the KKKPR licensing process, PKKPR and PBG related to the construction of subsidized houses for low-income communities in Buleleng Regency," he said.

In ANTARA's observation at the Bali Attorney General's Office, the IMK suspect arrived at the Special Crime building at the Bali Attorney General's Office at 16.30 WITA.

After being questioned for almost an hour at the Pidsus Kejati Building, the IMK was herded into a prisoner's car wearing a pink prison vest and then deposited in the Class IIA Kerobokan Prison, Badung.

IMK will be detained for the next 20 days awaiting further processing.
