Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
"Based on sufficient evidence in the form of witness statements, expert statements, suspect statements and evidence, it is concluded that the IMK suspect has extorted several subsidized house developers in the KKKPR licensing process, PKKPR and PBG related to the construction of subsidized houses for low-income communities in Buleleng Regency," he said.
