2 Posyandu Cadres In Solo Injured By The Ambles Building At The Multipurpose Building

SOLO - Two people were injured and rushed to the hospital due to the collapse in Solo, Central Java, today.

Head of Kadipiro Village, Arif Budiman, said that initially he received a report from residents that there was subsidence ground in the kitchen section of the Multipurpose Building at RT 01/RW 06.

"The report was at 09.30 WIB. Earlier, our Linmas immediately moved here, called the firefighters too," he said in Solo, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, March 19 at noon.

However, because it was urgent, residents evacuated independently. "Two people have evacuated and were taken to Fatmawati Soekarno Ngipang Hospital," he said.

He said the two victims, on behalf of Iswatiningsih and Notch, who are Posyandu cadres, suffered injuries to their legs.

"Two people wanted to take a table in the kitchen. If you want to take the table in the back, there is also a balance (split equipment). Maybe it's hard, it's also a subsidence. They have abrasions, one can still walk, the other is carried. We are still waiting at the hospital too," he said.

Regarding the building on the banks of the Pepe River, he said, at the bottom there is a drainage channel.

"Is it possible that some of the channels were leaking and continuing to erode the soil near the drainage, we don't know yet," he said.

As a follow-up, his party has asked for official notes from related agencies, namely the Settlement Service, DPUPR, and BPBD for repairs.
