The National Police confiscated a number of pieces of evidence in handling cases of alleged sexual violence against children committed by the former Ngada Police Chief AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman. One of them is 8 immoral videos.

"CD or compact disc containing 8 videos of sexual violence," said the Director of General Criminal Investigation at the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Police, Kombes Patar Silalahi, to reporters, Thursday, March 13.

The sexual violence was carried out by the former Ngada Police Chief in a hotel room located in the Kupang area, NTT, in the period June 2024.

"The NTT Police conducted an investigation into the Kupang Crystal Hotel by digging up information from several hotel staff and checking hotel data as of June 11, 2024," said Patar.

In the case of alleged violence against children, AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman was charged with Article 6 letter c, Article 12 and Article 14 Paragraph 1 letters a and b, and Article 15 paragraph 1, letters e, g, c, and i of Law number 12 of 2012 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence and or Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 27 Paragraph (1) Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to Law on Electronic Information and Transactions in conjunction with Articles 55 and 56 of the Criminal Code.

Previously reported, AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman, was declared to have harassed four women. Based on the results of the examination, three of them were minors.
