Mendikdasmen: Kemenkeu No Longer Transfer Tunjangan Guru Via Account Pemda

JAKARTA - Minister of Basic and Secondary Education (Mendikdasmen) Abdul Mu'ti stated that the government through the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) would directly transfer teacher allowances to personal accounts individually.

He emphasized that the transfer process would not go through local governments, as currently enforced.

This was conveyed by Mu'ti when she was about to attend a limited meeting chaired by President Prabowo Subianto regarding public schools at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Monday.

"We will have direct transfer of teacher allowances. Those who have been through local government accounts, will later be transferred directly to teacher accounts without to local governments, later directly from the Ministry of Finance," said Abdul Mu'ti when he was about to attend a limited meeting chaired by President Prabowo Subianto regarding public schools at the Presidential Palace. Based on the information gathered, the Ministry of Elementary and Secondary Education (Kemendikdasmen) has previously appealed to teachers to immediately verify and validate their account data through the GTK Info page to ensure that the distribution of allowances can run smoothly and on target.

The Ministry of Education and Culture through the Directorate General of Teachers, Education Personnel, and Teacher Education (Ditjen GTKPG) ensures that the distribution of teacher allowances throughout Indonesia runs gradually and is carried out at the earliest on March 21, 2025.

"Ladies and teachers must immediately validate their accounts by checking their InfoGTK pages. To verify their respective account data, they can click 'Yes' or 'No' so that they can be monitored.
