Arsin Village Head Detained, Dozens Of Kohod Villagers Fulfill Mass Bald Promises

TANGERANG Men in Kohod Village from old and young people fulfilled the promise of cutting their hair to bald after the Head of Kohod Arsin Village was detained by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police, Monday night, February 24.

Community leader, Aman Rizal explained that the mass haircut was carried out in Alar Jiban Village, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, as a sense of gratitude for the Head of Kohod Village, Arsin to the Village Secretary (Sekdes) Ujang Karta was officially detained by Bareskrim Polri.

"We did the plentosan (hair cut) as a form of gratitude after Arsin's (Kades) was arrested," Aman said when confirmed, Tuesday, February 25.

Not only haircuts, residents of Kohod Village also set off fireworks and firecrackers as a celebration of Arsin's arrest.

"We have fireworks and firecrackers too. As a form of victory, and those that have been added for years," he concluded.

Previously, the National Police detained the Village Head (Kades) Kohod Arsin and three other suspects in the case of alleged forgery of building rights certificates (SHGB)-certificate property (SHM) in the Tangerang sea fence area. The detention was carried out after the four were examined as suspects.

The other three suspects are the Village Secretary (Sekdes) Kohod Ujang Karta, and two power recipients with the initials SP and CE. Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) Bareksrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro said the four suspects were questioned from 12.30-20.30 WIB.

"We are conducting a marathon of mutual sanctions. In the process of mutual sanctions, we will still give them their rights," said Djuhandani at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit, South Jakarta, Monday, February 24.
