Menteri ATR Bantah Certificate Pagar Laut Milik Aguan Batal Dicabut

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid denied that the SHGB in the sea fence area belonging to Aguan was canceled.

"The news on various online sites stated that I canceled my SHGB, Mr. Aguan, which is on the edge of Tangerang Beach. I said the news was not true," said Nusron, quoted from ANTARA, Sunday, February 23.

Regarding the growing issue around land certificates, especially Building Use Rights (HGB) in the Pagar Laut area of Tangerang Regency, he emphasized that all certificates outside the coastline would be canceled. According to him, there is no relevance regarding who has the certificate.

Since the beginning of the polemic of the sea fence sticking out in the community, Minister Nusron has clearly and consistently stated that there are 263 SHGB and 17 Certipikats of Ownership (SHM) with a total of 280 certificates.

Of the 280 certificates, there are 58 certificates on the coastline and 222 certificates off the coastline.

"The policy is that everything outside the coastline, everything has been canceled. And so far it has been canceled in 209 certificates," said Nusron.

Furthermore, he explained that there are still 13 other SHGB certificates, which are currently in the process of being examined. The review was carried out because the area in which there is a plane that is half on the coastline and half off the coastline.

In the future, Nusron is committed to continuing to oversee the solution of the sea fence problem, in accordance with applicable policies.

"If indeed on the coastline there is a valid SHGB owner. If it is true, it will not be canceled. If what is not true, everything will be canceled," he said.
