Head of the Narcotics Unit (Kasat) of the Bandung Police, AKBP Agah Sonjaya, said that his party took action against seven kiosks that violated Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2010 concerning the Prohibition, Supervision and Control of Alcoholic Drinks.
"We took action in the Leuwipanjang area, we acted on the seven stores, we were able to confiscate 1,500 bottles of alcoholic beverages and 47 jerry cans," said Agah as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, February 19.
Atah emphasized that this liquor raid was part of the Bandung Police's commitment to maintaining the conducive situation of the city, especially ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.
