TANGERANG - The village head (Kades) of Kohod, Arsin bin Asip finally joined his attorney at his home on Jalan Kali Baru, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, Friday afternoon, February 14. In front of reporters, Arsin admitted that he was sick.

According to VOI monitoring at the location, before the press conference began, Arsin approached the media crew to shake hands. He also introduced himself to a hoarse voice. Then, he immediately broke up and joined his friends.

Then, when the press coference began, Arsin apologized. At that time Arsin had started coughing.

Furthermore, one of his attorneys, Yunihar, explained Arsin's condition so far. Arsin started coughing again. Several times he drank water and the cough medicine provided.

Arsin reportedly disappeared after meeting with the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency, Nusron Wahid.

Arsin argued with Nusron about the Building Use Rights Certificate (SGHM) and the Sea fence Ownership Certificate (SHM) in Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency, Banten.

The debate heated up when Minister Nusron and Head of Kohod Village, Arsin directly inspected the certified land area in the Alar Jiban Sea, Kohod Village, Tangerang Regency.

Arsin said, before the SHGB was issued, the land was originally used as ponds and there were several ponds which were then affected by abrasion.

However, Minister Nusron emphasized that the area or land that no longer existed was physically destroyed.

"If you enter the category of land that is automatically destroyed, any rights there are lost. Property rights are also lost, building rights are also lost," he said.

"Why? The goods are gone, how come there are rights. Unless there are goods. There are no goods," continued Nusron.

Arsin still insisted, he said, the land was indeed a former pond and pond which as time went on, was hit by abrasion.
