Mamat, one of the East Jakarta City Government's State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the health sector, did not expect that he would become a victim of the land mafia. Moreover, the incident occurred where he served, namely in East Jakarta. In fact, he witnessed himself that his house, which had been purchased in cash, was demolished using an excavator of the East Jakarta District Court.

Mamat admitted that when he bought a house on the land, he had checked and received information regarding the status of the land. However, Mamat has already given money to the seller of the house, because it is tempted by low prices.

"I've been told, but my money has come in, what did I say? I can't return it, the name is a thief, his name is a traitor, his name is mafia .. it's hard !," he said with disappointment, Thursday, February 13.

Mamat also felt cheated by the seller of the house. Prior to the purchase of the house, Mamat was believed to be with a sales procedure through a notary brought by the seller.

"We were lied to, he used a notary deed too. His name (notary name) I forgot, his address was in Kalimalang. Perumnas, if he demands, should be on the side of the seller, the initials S and his subordinates," he furiously.

Mamat bought the house-shaped building to a man with the initials S. There are even lawyers in the house purchase transaction.

"S and his crew are lawyers. I forgot his name. I bought the building with S," he said.

In fact, Mamat, who works as an ASN in the health sector, will enter retirement in the next 5 years. However, he was forced to pay installments from the PNS SK pawn to Bank DKI to buy the house.

"I'm retiring for 5 years," he said.
