5 Bekasi Residents' Houses Flat To The Ground, Minister Of ATR/BPN Blames Cikarang District Court

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Nusron Wahid blamed the Cikarang Class II District Court (PN) for the execution of five houses in Setia Mekar Village, South Tambun District, Bekasi Regency, West Java.

The five houses have now been razed to the ground even though they were outside the object of the land disputed by the plaintiff named Mimi Jamilah in 1996.

"If you look at the data, this is outside the disputed land, after we checked," said Nusron in Bekasi, Friday, February 7, which was confiscated by Antara.

The five houses of the fault belonged to Asmawati, Mursiti, Siti Muhijah, Yeldi and the corporation of Bank Perumahan Rakyat (BPR), located in Kampung Bulu, Jalan Bekasi Timur Permai, RT 1/RW 11, Setia Mekar Village.

Nusron said that based on data from the Ministry of ATR/BPN, the five houses were outside the land owned by a person named Kayat with the Certificate of Ownership (SHM) number 706.

The 706 plot of land is known to come from a landslide area of 3.6 hectares with a certificate numbered 325 which was sued by Mimi Jamilah.

"According to our data, that's outside of SHM 706," he said.

According to him, the eviction error was because the court did not involve the Bekasi Regency National Land Agency (BPN) in the execution of the verdict.

"Until the eviction has not been notified, involved and there has been no request for eviction," said Nusron.
