Brimob Bus Transports SMAN 1 Student Porong Accident On Purwodadi Pasuruan Toll Road, Sopr Dies

The bus belonging to the Mobile Brigade (Brimob) of the Watukusek Porong Education Center (Pusdik) contains dozens of students at State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Porong having a single accident at the Purwodadi exitol, Pasuruan.

"The victim died and was evacuated to the Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang City," said Head of the East Java Police Unit (Kasat PJR) Adjunct Kombes Hendrix Kusuma Wardhana as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, February 1.

The bus, which brought the group of students of SMAN 1 Porong, was planned to head towards Malang before hitting the road divider on the route to the exit Toll Purwodadi.

Based on the data obtained, the bus carried a group of 31 students and two teachers.

All passengers managed to survive and have been evacuated to Lawang Hospital, Lawang Medika Hospital, Prima Husada Hospital.

According to ANTARA's observation, the KM 72 toll road towards the Purwodadi exit was temporarily closed because the related parties were still evacuating the road pointing board that collapsed due to the accident.

Until now, the police are still investigating the main cause of the incident.
